Ziggy has attended one camp in Cincinnati so far. As I understand it, he was given a MVP award for his performance at the camp.

Is Mayer there for spring drills or is he a baseball player? Who will get looks at RB with the proposed starter being out with injury? How will the kicking game be this year? Always seems to be sort of an adventure for the Colonels?

Mayer is playing baseball and will not be a part of the spring drills. He is not playing on a summer baseball team this year and will be focusing on football - attending several QB camps.

 

Not aware of a RB injury. Who is the proposed starter? I would think it would be Grant Dyer, Best and McGinnis. Best is running track and McGinnis is playing baseball.

 

The kicker is returning from last year and is participating in spring workouts. Good leg for kick offs and FG. He will be attending camps over the summer as well. The punting duty is up in the air at this time.
