April 1, 201610 yr Chuck Berry=Washington. The guy who started it all, the first leader. Elvis=Jefferson. Brought rock to the masses, wrote the script for being a rock star. Hendrix=Roosevelt. Pushed rock forward, the aggressive, creative force that expanded the influence. Not sure about who would be Lincoln, the guy who saved Rock. I'm thinking Springsteen. Came from humble beginnings, kept American Rock on the map through disco, and the British metal invasion of the late 70's/early 80's, capping things off with his Gettysburg address, "Born in the USA"
