If they were to promote an assistant off the current staff any idea who it would be?

Sucks for the Greenup seniors who have busted their tails because it's almost April and they don't have a HC

Heard they called McPeek and he wasn't interested.

Then he should stay in Georgia and we shouldn't have to hear about how great a candidate he is for every job! Truth is, I heard they didn't try to contact him. I heard they have had a ton of applicants and will make a hire soon. The new coach won't be anyone currently on staff but is likely to be from out of state.

McPeek has the 2nd best agent in the business. He can always get him a phone call but never an interview. LOL.

I think it will now be an in-state coach.

I concur.

Interesting. We've probably heard the same person....

Where's the guy from you all are hearing?

If we told you we'd have to....:D.

In fairness to the coach that I've heard it may be, I won't name them. I think it would be a very good hire though. No real info though. Just hearsay.

Scott Grizzle? That would be a very very good hire for Greenup

Scott Grizzle has accepted the job.
