If not they are the equivalent of back slid or luke warm Christians who are really not what they say they are...... Obama has consistently been a step behind ICIS. The jv comment started my doubts about his grasp of how violent these dudes were. Not having a willing fighting force in Iraq has hurt his plan to stomp out ISIS. If these guys were contained in the Iraq / Syria boarders, I would be cool with what America has done to this point. Giving them a safe haven is only empowering them more and more. Someone, preferably a Muslim country has to get the courage to fight these guys.
