Honest question: Do all of those guys weigh as much as announced before the match? I've seen basketball players' heights exaggerated a bit for intimidation or whatever and wonder if the same thing happens here.

Not all of them, but I honestly believe he was a legit 500 pounds.

 

Nobody is as tall as they claim. Big Cass for example is 6'9, not 7 foot tall (I guess you really can't teach that)
