Did his dad play at Lloyd in the mid 90s? I remember Lloyd having a really good player on their regional runner up team

Yes, did play at Lloyd but did not play at Louisville. Sorry, wrong Juggernaut.

I thought everyone was going to holy cross these days.

That's funny! :lol2:

@RCC9 needs to see this. :D

How many 8th graders played varsity for Beechwood this year?

and why are you interested in knowing?

Two on the roster, one played.

Per the Riherd's site.

That could be true. It's all speculation at this point. Of course hearsay only has so much truth to it. Regardless, wherever he ends up, he'll make that program THAT much better.

Newport public isn't out of the running either.

First things first....can a mod correct the Thread Title? Not Where....It should be Were....but I am very happy you didn't say WAS like one particular poster from Independence. Sorry just a pet peeve of mine.

Secondly, I think we are making too big of a stink about an 8th grader to be quite honest. He has very good skills and a bright future but he is not the next LeBron James. NCC will need him.

If this kid ends up as big as his dad he will be a special , very special player. Very talented family.

Good grief......here we go again!

Maybe there will be a press conference and a National Signing at the end of our AAU season when he announces. And, until then, his mind could change a bizillion times. Nothing wrong with keeping all options open. But, he will be with his AAU coaches and teammates for the next 5 months, playing over 70 games and spending lots of travel time with this group. I will let everyone know if he is doing his BW summer homework! :sssh:

chances are slim & none

Very talented young man who will help what ever program he ends up at. I heard he was just as good in football as he is in basketball.

He'll be at NewCath. Put it in stone now.

Who are his AAU teammates?

I believe his father was a Juggernaut.

John Jefferson?

His dad and Charles Sheffield where some good leapers at Lloyd back then they had a lot of dunks.
