February 25, 201610 yr Keep telling yourself that. I talk with Dems daily. I'm talking Dems that vote straight party ticket, that are fed up with the George Soros style liberal agenda the Dems have adopted. They are embarrassed that HRC and Bernie are the best they can find to run. It's those like you, TTP, that refuse to see when things have gone to far one way. Doesn't matter if it's too far right or left, people get fed up. You bang the drum about Mitch being obstructionist, maybe so. I didn't hear you complaining when Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi were playing the same game. Why not? Way past time to remove you head from the sand and get a big dose of reality. I love these BGP first-person "I talk to Dems daily" stories. I really give 'em a lot of credence. The GOP could roll out Hermann Goring for president and he would win Kentucky.
February 25, 201610 yr One of those "low brow", "Saturday morning Wal Mart ammo line" wrestlers did it for governor in Minnesota a few years ago. If you're hoping for another 1998 Ventura miracle, better make sure it's at least a three-person race: Ventura won with 37 percent of the vote, followed by Coleman (34) and Humphrey (28). Maybe Trump should consider "The Body" as his VP choice. I hear he's a "killer negotiator."

February 25, 201610 yr Do you think we are lying about what people say? Jesse: Do you also talk to Democrats daily? Frankly, I don't give a rat's rear end about whose Democrat brother-in-law is saying what. I'm much more interested in how Trump figures he will attract female and Hispanic voters, along with Cruz and Bush supporters, considering the bridges he's already burned.

Those brother in law votes count just the same as the Hispanic voters. Speaking of that TTP there is a large number of Hispanic voters where I live who have "Make America Great Again: signs in their front yards. Oh I dont have a sign either nor a brother in law who is a Dem.

And you're saying a large number of Hispanic voters where you live have posted signs supporting Trump in their front yards? Post a photo or two when you get a chance.
February 25, 201610 yr Im saying they do. I know them personally. Republicans. Hot and heavy. Own restaurants here. Ill do you one better. Come down and I will introduce you to them and they can tell you what they think......deal?
February 25, 201610 yr HRC may win in a landslide, but as of today, her electability is certainly not off the charts. That's why/how Bernie has put some nice numbers together. Biden had he ran, would have buried Bernie by now.
February 25, 201610 yr It's a blue state, red state, swing state thing. HRC or Bernie, doesn't matter...blue states blue, red states red. Rubio Cruz Trump, doesn't matter....red states red, blue states blue. But Trump, while doing well in red states, will make swing states blue if he is the nominee. And if he isn't the nominee (somehow), I would not be surprised if he claims that the RNC treated him unfairly, and runs independent. In which case all states would be blue. The republicans deserve Trump. He is doing what they have done for thirty years. But they can't control him. So now he has gained control of the republican party and he is going to wreck it, drive it off the cliff, etc. Sooooooooo much fun to watch. The old conservative party is gone, remnants only remain, and they are watching in horror....as they should be.

Biden had he ran, would have buried Bernie by now. I don't know a single person who is excited about HRC. I don't like her, I see her as a bag of skin filled with ambition basically. So can't disagree with the first part of your statement. I don't think Bernie has anything to do with people not liking HRC though. Bernie has put together "some nice numbers" because he is an old guy who has been fighting for what he believes in for a long time, in a very consistent way, who tells the truth. He has lived a good and honorable life it appears, and I think this is what people are responding to. I saw some polls early on that a majority of his supporters viewed HRC favorably, I just aint one of them.

People are are responding to the fact that he wants to give them free things, but what many fail to realize, is they are actually the ones that Bernie will be taking money away from to give free things to those below them. I'd imagine the majority of Bernie Sanders supporters had no idea who he was more than 6 months ago, so I doubt they know what he's been fighting for throughout his lifetime. But he became the trendy person to support, at least in the younger generation.
February 25, 201610 yr " Sooooooooo much fun to watch. The old conservative party is gone, remnants only remain, and they are watching in horror....as they should be. I agree, the old gop guard will fall. The dems are close to the same fate, if HRC falls on the email sword, their party will be taken over by a 100% socialist. There's no way I could make this stuff up.
February 25, 201610 yr Dude, this is going to be so awesome. :lol2: I can't wait til Trump goes all out vs Hilary in a national televised debate. He hasnt turned any of his cannons on anyone outside of the GOP yet. The madman has no bounds...

You're probably right about a lot of his younger supporters. But Bern has been my guy in Congress for a bunch of years and counting.
