They'll smell the sardines and they can't resist. I know you're probably not that guy, but it's remarkably easy to catch them. I caught 2 in the same trap and when I went out the next morning, they were literally looking at me like to cellmates, until I got close then they went into tazmanian devil mode.

February 9, 201610 yr Trap and tuna fish worked for me, fixed where they were getting in and problem solved. But I'll agree with @spindoc, they go CRAZY when you get near. I used a hard rake to move the cage.

February 9, 201610 yr The next time you see them just ask the raccoons a question or two, then tell them their answers do not suffice or that their answers weren't actually answers to the question(s) you asked. That should take care of it.
February 9, 201610 yr Clyde. I have a have a heart trap you are welcome to use. I roll an egg to the back of the cage and they go in to get it. Door shuts. I'll come get them and you will not have to worry about them coming back.
