Of course, in those days, it was called "polite", and I got my share of face slaps and soap in my mouth when I wasn't "politically correct". That whole anti-PC schtic is just rationalization of plain old rudeness. Just my opionion, of course.

There are tons of things that could be mentioned, at the moment I do not have time to sort them all out and rank them by importance. But to keep it simple, basically as a citizen you could be ridiculed for anything you say or do, that offends others, or even potentially lose your job. There are many other things that go more in depth that effects how the entire country is run. I don't agree with everything on the list I am about to link. Bill Clinton didn't kill Bin Laden due to political correctness and the neighbors in San Bernardino didn't call the cops due to political correctness. This is not the 60's, peace, love and rock and roll. We have terrorist who want to kill us and our children.

In fact, his attitude about women is way down the list. As to Hilary, no, I don't think she did condone Bill's actions. I think she handled the situation in the way that was best for her family. Every woman in that situation has to make those kinds of decisions for themselves. And we have NO idea how she handled it privately. Millions upon millions of women have, do, and will have to make the same kind of decision at some point in their lives. Not one will make the same decision as all the rest. Gimme me a break...
