You should have witnessed the barrage of 3's last night. 15 for the game and 8 in the 3rd quarter alone. Impressive to say the least. *Correction* This was the team. Meant to quote Clyde and guess I clicked the wrong one. Moeves shot well too though.

I was wondering if John Ludwig would start this season. I saw these numbers the other day and it pretty much answered my question. Even Trey Wurtz is shooting 67% (2 of 3).

Several of the pictures that I have seen show no intent to hit the ball which certainly would make the calls intentional no matter score and if fouling player was hurt. If that is what I thought as an official, I certainly would not have told anyone why I did not make the call.

 

What if Weyer is hurt on the play and goes out for the season? Also my understanding that both of these plays were going to be dunks which makes the fouling even more dangerous.

No I cannot because I have one of those cheap Walmart phones. Perhaps someone that is more tech savvy and has a better phone than mine could upload some of them. I was told by multiple people that the fouls were definitely "intentional" and in fact were so bad that the NCC fan base was struggling to stay in their seats.

Weird... because aside from 1 maybe 2 different plays, I didn't notice hardly any NewCath fans "struggling" to stay in their seats.

Yes he is a senior and stands at least 6'6" or more. Can do it all on the court for a guy his size. IMO the D1's missed out on a kid that could really develop into a nice college player. Could certainly play at NKU and on any other team in that conference. Believe he was also good enough to play in the MAC.

 

Bellarmine is getting a steal in my opinion and I think he will step right in and contribute if for no other reason than his work ethic.

And for those that don't know me, I just make everything up on here to see who I can get a rise out of. I am not going to reveal my sources on anything as it pertains to this game, but I can tell you that I know more than one person and each has told me the same thing. So I guess they are full of it as well.
