Game was tied at 55 & Elliott outscores Newport 9-3 the rest of the way.

 

Lions will face the Ashland/GRC winner in tomorrow's title game.

Shame to hear about Mullins. I can assume he didn't play after the outburst?

He left the gym. He has a lot of game.

It was reported in the update thread that Mullins & his coach got into it at halftime.

Our radio announcers were just talking about it at the half and said that he left the building at half time....no reason was given.

Coach jumped him pretty good right before half on the bench about a conversation between Mullins and a teammate. After that there was a confrontation between Mullins and the coach coming out for the second half. Mullins then left the gym.

Unfortunate. He got booted off of the team at Holmes which led him to Newport.

 

My guess is he'll still be on the team.

I believe Mullins had 18 before leaving the gym.

Not sure of his environment but he can play. A very good athlete. He is a potential next level guy somewhere if he can get some things worked out. Could make a difference in his life.
