Boy's Stats Leaders per KHSAA

Wow; that's very impressive...don't mean to marginalize his accomplishments but is the competition in his area good. Over 20 pts a game for a freshman is incredible

Competition has be good for the most part...the kid can flat out get it done!

Yes he is a true freshman, just turned 15...

Saw him play this week for second time. He is the real deal. Probably 6'4"+, jumps out of the gym, handles the ball well, shoots the 3 and finishes well at the rim, good defender, and rebounder. makes his teammates better. Reminds me of O.J. Mayo and would not be surprised to see him leave Pendleton for a big time Prep School after sophomore year. He has the talent to be a highly rated D1 recruit. IMO

Good luck to the young man; sounds like he is on his way. Are they in any holiday tournaments. I would love to go see him play

Tandy from University Heights is averaging 29ppg as a freshman.

If my math is correct, Jake Ohmer of Scott is averaging an even 36 ppg.

Unfortunately Scott H.S. did not submit a stat report therefore Jake Ohmer's numbers aren't represented.

Same for Caverna's Mason Faulkner and his 40.7ppg average.

Likely a center with shots near the basket, still 3rd Region's McLean County's Jake Logsdon's (27 shots made of 28 attempts - 96.4% FG percentage) stands out, and is impressive.

Carson Williams in 3 statistical categories: ppg, fg% & reb. But one of the other things I look at is the team's won/loss record which in his case is just as impressive. I'll say it again but if you're averaging 60 ppg and shooting 25% and your team is .500 or less how important are your stats?

Agree on the D. Allen posting, put into the right program, he will rise to major DI status by his senior year, has all to tools to do so!

He is the only player listed in both points scored and shooting %. Love those type of numbers together. So he must be grabbing somebody else's missed shots.
