A lot of good football is played in Indiana. I played HS ball in KY and now coach in Indiana so I do care about both. I also have season tickets for UK football

I am heading there tomorrow to watch a good friend of mine coach for New Palestine vs Fort Wayne. This will be my first experience.

It's a really good time. The IHSAA and the Indianapolis Colts do a great job. I'll be there today but I'm missing tomorrow because of the UK/Louisville game.

Indiana has nothing for me. They are on my boycott list after they stormed the court. Last time we will.see them. Support coach cal.and.spend your money in the bluegrass

1) this is a HIGH SCHOOL forum.

2) this is a FOOTBALL forum.

I personally don't care about Kentucky basketball until after football season. I do go to Ky HS athletic events when I can but I work for an Indiana school system and support Indiana HS athletics as well.

Then why are you posting in this thread?

Link was garbage for the first game...kept buffering would play a few seconds and buffering again.

LAFAYETTE CENTRAL CATHOLIC 34, LINTON-STOCKTON 7

It’s another state title for Lafayette Central Catholic’s football program.

But the Knights had to wait three years to celebrate the school’s seventh state championship following Friday’s 34-7 victory over Linton-Stockton at Lucas Oil Stadium to claim the Class A title.

LCC played in the Class 2A tournament in 2013 and 2014 but moved back to Class A prior to this season. The Knights were perfect during the regular season, survived a challenge from Pioneer to win the sectional title and eventually put away the Miners on Friday.

Go Center Grove. A beast of a team. Would love to see them play Male.

Good luck to East Central! Always love it when greater Cincinnati teams make it to state

That is most puzzling.

Class 3A finals: Bishop Chatard wins record 13th state title

In the end, it came down to Bishop Chatard finishing.

The No. 5 Trojans finished plays, finished drives and ultimately finished off third-ranked West Lafayette 31-7 for their state record 13th championship in Friday’s Class 3A football state title game at Lucas Oil Stadium.

West Lafayette (13-2) had a chance to tie with 45 seconds left in the third quarter before Chatard (11-3) put the clamps down, outscoring the Red Devils 17-0 over the final 12 minutes.

I went to Center Grove through middle school before coming south. Go Trojans!!!

Heck of a game in the 5A finals. 42 - 42 in the 4th.

Stay blue, watch KY kids instead of the dirty Hoosiers

New Pal falls to FW Snider 64 - 61 in title game for the ages

After two years of running up and down the field on its opponents, the New Palestine football program found a team that could run with it on Friday night – and then some.

This was a new script for the Dragons. Giving up big plays. Down 28 points. Then it flipped. Did it ever.

And then it flipped again. And again. And again.

Fifth-ranked Fort Wayne Snider watched a 28-point lead melt away, then rallied twice to knock off No. 1 New Palestine 64-61 in a Class 5A championship game for the ages at Lucas Oil Stadium.

“We can’t put ourselves in holes like we did,” New Pal coach Kyle Ralph said. “You’d think 61 was enough, but it wasn’t so that’s kind of the end of the story on that one.”

Snider quarterback Isaac Stiebeling scored on a 3-yard touchdown run with 8 seconds left to give the Panthers their second state championship in program history and first since 1992. The teams combined for 1,302 yards of total offense (New Palestine 757 to Snider’s 545).
