I guess EKU wanting to move up to D-1 at some point has them ready to move on from Coach Hood...had a pretty good conference record over his span at EKU

What a shock, I don't think too many seen that coming.

Maybe they will begin recruiting KY better, there are plenty of kids here that can play at that level by their JR year.

Just because your from Fla don't mean your better than a KY kid.

A KY kid would play with more pride and heart since they are from here and bottom line is get more people,in the stands.

Maybe the next EKU head coach will realize that Tomas More makes deep playoff runs every year because EKU's program does not recruit NKy. Sorry, EKU spending public $ on character challenged out of state kids, forcing our kids to go out of state to play just burns me up. Good Riddance Coach Hood!

I think you meant to say TMC has success because they DO recruit NKY, correct?

How many players from NKY over the last 4 years could have played at EKU that weren't recruited?

There is a talent difference between EKU and TMC. They're at TMC for a reason. Not sure why EKU let's KY kids go to Miami, Austin Peay, etc but takes 1 star kids from out of state.

Five NKY kids on the roster for EKU this season- Kelly, Eyckmanns, Miller, Bowling, Vercheak.
