No, No, No. Private schools get recruits, public schools get transfers. What are you stupid, spindoc?

This is why BGP is a fun forum.

You know I love you guys.;)

Russell boys but not Russell girls. :D

Russell just uses their "own" girls to win 69 games in three years.

Good players win a lot of games.

Truely home grown. Russell should take great pride in their girls program, one of the best.

I'm confused, If a 6'3 girl post player that could dunk moved to Russell, she would not be allowed to play because she wasnt "home grown"?

I think if the transfer were legit she would be welcomed and rightfully so. Please note that Jay only mentioned the Russell girls in his post.

Most kids are not suspended from school twice in one year and assessed over 30 technicals in one season.

Some of you guys on here live in a fantasy world.

You know who it is and its not hearsay it is fact.

Hollow, hollow victories.

Rickyp is again correct. I, too, commend the Russell girls. I also commend the Russell boys. Shoot, throw in the football team and, above all, the academic team. First rate program all around. The best in this area. The boys reached the state: the football team won the state; the academic won the state; and the girls had a good year, too.

Bandit29, why not enlighten us as to whose wins were "hollow, hollow"? Then, give us a logical argument as to how you reached that conclusion.

But Lovely, Lovely banners!:sssh: ;)

I'd love to see that. C'mon winner, she'd be a transfer, not a recruit! Now if she moved here and wanted to attend Rose Hill, she'd be a recruit and not a transfer! See, it's simple really!

Boys, I don't believe that anyone has ever been bashful about naming names on this board. Please tell us what Rose Hill player received 30 technicals in one season. Afterall it is a fact not hearsay.

I know that Rose Hill has had problems with a grade school coach getting technicals. I don't believe he has thirty yet.

Oops the thread said player, I will have to withdraw my post, I'm not sure about the players.

I was taking a drink of Diet Pepsi when I read this and almost got choked. Man, that's wrong.

Do you need to go home and change? I was just trying to lighten the mood. I am sure if anyone ever received a technical that it will have one of two explanations: "I didn't deserve it" or "I was trying to motivate my team." Never are they given for valid reasons, just watch Hoosiers, you will see.

Technically speaking, a well-placed technical foul every now and then can be quite valuable, good motivation, excellent therapy, and soul cleansing. I have found nothing in the scriptures condemning technical fouls so I have to conclude that Rose Hill has as much right to participate in such activity as do our local secular schools. However, like eating too many pork chops, excessive technical fouls could be termed as gluttony. From time to time, we have been called recruiters, cheats, thieves, liars, and a goodly group of less flattering names by our neighbors. However, I don't recall anyone calling us gluttons yet.
