If you guys would take a drive through Morgan Co. you would see how much eastern Europe and Morgan Co. resemble. From dialect to culture it's very similar.

But for clarification and full understanding of the "question" in hand regarding Morgan and Admir Algic....one must realize the number of European foreign exchange kids that Morgan gets each year and have so since I can remember which the first I believe was 1983 with Lenny Hasselgren from Holland. The blonde bomber was a big time kicker for the 8-2 Morgan County football team. Or better yet, what about the "pro" leg of a bigger blonde bomber in the 6'3" 200 brute Olaf Tungsvik from Oslo, Norway...IMO, the most gifted foreign exchange kicker to suit up for Morgan Co. Nobody except for Dustin Wynn (Middlesboro) had a better leg in my opinion in the entire 1990's era in Eastern Kentucky. He went to Eastern...Partied like a mad man and exited stage right across the big pond after a year at EKU as a walk on. Then there is the accurate Jerome Olsen (2005 Kicker) from Germany. In addition, there have been 2-3 other kickers to play but they actually stunk as kickers....one kid came out and couldn't kick it 15 yards. Morgan County has even received a foreign exchange manager. Chew? might have been his name from Vietnam. About 5'4" 120. Pure brute. Overall, Morgan like many schools in the state receive 3-5 foreign exchange students....some can play, most can't.

I think FASTBREAK is awfully good at photoshop, I'm sure he could show us how Morgan Co. annexed Bosnia:D :D :D

Please expound if you know!

You seem to know, so let us be enlightened. Please, don't keep us waiting, I'm popping popcorn to strap in and enjoy your dissertation.

Nobody should ever question Morgan Co and homegrown kids.

I recall the former BGP personality "A-TRAIN" posting a geographic map of Morgan Co. a few years back with spots of exact residence of each and every Morgan Co. player. All were within the geographic borders of Morgan Co.

I'm feeling a dead horse award going out in this thread:D :D

Bill left so Dwaine Barnes could put him back in the 8th grade. That way Barnes could team him with OJ and win Barnes an AAU National Title.

OJ left because he no longer need Rose HIll in order to play varsity sports. Plus, the folks in the Queen City were taking care of Barnes, if you know what I mean.

Plain and simple.

I have wondered since they left.

They were good kids and the program had just won a region title.

I thought you guys would know what caused the fallout.

Had they stayed the Hill would have three more region titles.

I just really never understood why they left and why the remainder of the team also left?

Hey I meet some friends of yours at the Little League State Tournament this week. Nice folks.

I personally had no problem with AA but if Morgan had won the region and can promise you the whinning would have been unbelievable.

Thanks.

Explains a lot about what is important at some schools.

Employed the old Vince Lombardi quote.

I believe this is another shot at Rose Hill from Jay Bilas. I personally am shocked.

I can tell you that several of the kids that left Rose Hill have since voiced regret about their decision but things have worked out well for all involved.
