Cooper by 14+

Easy Ned Stark....

My guess is that Cooper is gonna be pretty nervous this week. Conner knows they can and will win rematch. Big Week.

 

I think Cooper by two scores. I watched last game and I think Cooper's line is better. They lined up and ran right at Conner and has success. As long as you can do that, you will have success this time of the year. I am sure the weather had something to do with it but I did not see Cooper use their passing game much at all. If Cooper mixes it up, I think they are more dangerous.

 

However, Cooper cannot sleep on Conner. They let them back in the last game and almost ended up with a loss. I think it will be a good hard fought game but I am picking the Jags in the end

Ok enough fun. I have not seen Cooper or Conner play this year. My son plays college ball with a Conner alum and his dad and I talk at all the college games about many high school teams in central and northern Ky and when he found out I posted on this sight he asked me to fan the flames a little against Conner's opponents the last 4 or 5 weeks. He reads the site but does not post. He said there are not very many Conner guys on here and would I "jab" a little at the Conner opponents for him. Our boys are friends and we are becoming friends so I figured I would do him a favor and have a little fun. He acknowledges that Conner is still not to the level of Cooper and Ryle but are very glad they are competing very well this year and seeing some results of their hard work. Wasn't trying to pick a fight just get a "rise" out of a couple of ya. I am rooting for Conner but know they are the underdog. I'm a Boyle County man personally just having a little fun. Good luck to both teams and hopefully no injuries for either team.

I don't have a dog in the fight, I'm an Ashland guy so it doesn't bother me. I can't exactly say I dissaprove, but if you asked me if I approve my answer would be no.

 

But that's just me, I like constructive conversation, not just something to "rile" people up. To each his own though.

I understand but I didn't say anyone sucked or coaches were bad or kids were cheaters or dirty. I just said that I thought Conner would win when I actually think they probably won't. Most homer fans do the same thing. I didn't start any false rumors or anything. Oh well.

No problem, again, I don't dissaprove. I just don't think I would go through the trouble to do that myself, just to rile up some opposing fans of a team I've never even seen play. Hopefully we can get some more conner fans posting on here and they can do that job for you lol.

Wouldn't Conner be nervous as well? It's an elimination game for them, too.

I look for Conner to win this one. I was at the game a few weeks ago in the rain and Conner was more bogged down than Cooper. As long as Watson plays, Cooper will keep it close but Conner should win this game.

It was a good battle but the blinders we were wearing were different, which is ok lol. I saw Cooper take control of that game and then allow Conner back in to almost steal the win. With Watson back in the lineup and Roksvag getting healthy I think Cooper has the slight edge, but that is what is so fun about rivalry games....it doesn't matter who should win!!
