CooperSportsFan
Nope. Seneca @ SK and Butler @ Cooper Class 6A District 1 – Daviess County, Henderson County, McCracken County, Muhlenberg County, Ohio County District 2 – Central Hardin, Meade County, North Hardin District 3 – Butler, DuPont Manual, Male, Pleasure Ridge Park, St. Xavier District 4 – Ballard, Eastern, Jeffersontown, Seneca, Trinity (Louisville) District 5 – Conner, Cooper, Ryle District 6 – Boone County, Campbell County, Simon Kenton District 7 – Bryan Station, Henry Clay, Paul Laurence Dunbar, Scott County District 8 – George Rogers Clark, Lafayette, Madison Central, Tates Creek 5th place from District 1 as the 4th place in District 2 for playoff brackets. 5th place from 3 would become the 4th place in 5 for playoffs in odd numbered years 5th place from 3 would become the 4th place in 6 for playoffs in even numbered years. 5th place from 4 would become the 4th place in 6 for playoffs in odd numbered years 5th place from 4 would become the 4th place in 5 for playoffs in even numbered years. Might want to explain that to KHSAA. 2015 Kentucky High School Football

Rebel
Class 3A District 3 – Bardstown, Central, Henry County, Moore, Thomas Nelson, Waggener District 4 – Boyle County, Garrard County, Lexington Catholic, Western Hills Round 3 (Regional Finals): The Higher Seed ALWAYS Hosts. This Round though can have two teams with the exact same seed. In this Event the team from the ODD NUMBERED DISTRICT hosts I did not know that! Lets say #1 Lex Cath (district 4) was to meet #3 Bardstown (district 3) in the Regional finals. Lex Cath would get the home game?
gchs_uk9
Nope. Seneca @ SK and Butler @ Cooper Class 6A District 3 – Butler, DuPont Manual, Male, Pleasure Ridge Park, St. Xavier District 4 – Ballard, Eastern, Jeffersontown, Seneca, Trinity (Louisville) District 5 – Conner, Cooper, Ryle District 6 – Boone County, Campbell County, Simon Kenton 5th place from 3 would become the 4th place in 5 for playoffs in odd numbered years 5th place from 4 would become the 4th place in 6 for playoffs in odd numbered years The fifth place team from D-3 is Butler, which means they are considered the 4th place team in D-5. The fourth place team in D-5 would thus play the first place team in D-6, which is Simon Kenton. Likewise, the fifth place team from D-4 is Seneca, which means they are considered the 4th place team in D-6. The fourth place team in D-6 would thus play the first place team in D-5, which is Cooper. The KHSAA has it right.

Lex Cath would get the home game? Absolutely Now if this were a #1 vs. #3 in the Semi-Finals though that would not be true... in that case the 3 seed would host if they were in an odd numbered Region

ATLCat
Male would not host a semi state game. Male is in Region 2. Region 1 will host. Correct... Male will not host the Semi-Finals in 2015 under any condition because they are in an Even Numbered Region

stick1
It looks like a great shot of a Paintsville vs Pikeville Final 4. Both even Districts. Would Paintsville host that game as Region 3 Pikeville Region 4?
