It looks like a great shot of a Paintsville vs Pikeville Final 4. Both even Districts. Would Paintsville host that game as Region 3 Pikeville Region 4?

 

Yes. District doesn't matter once you get to the final four. In the final four, odd region would host. So Pikeville would travel to Paintsville. Pikeville would also travel to Paris, Brossart, Fairview, Raceland, even Berea - anyone who wins Region III.
