Siva's dad has horrible grammar. The guy that was a drug addict, living on the street and about to kill himself before his young son found him and helped him back to a human way of life. I am a grammar Nazi. But dang....I can't find it in me to make fun of him, nor not take his earnestness seriously. I'm just happy Peyton was able to find him and help him back from the brink.

This is how these things always work with the press. Always have, always will.

 

One side talks because it's to their advantage to talk. That's the side that always gets in the paper and gets their story out there first.

 

The other side is silent and usually looks foolish with their "No comment" quote in the paper.

 

It's like reading crime reporting. The defense attorney will say all the most outlandish stuff he wants because he can get away with it and the other side will never comment. Prosecutors around here are barred from discussing ongoing cases with the media.

I don't think they're on BGP. We've ALL said we think something happened. We just are skeptical, with good reasons, that what Ms. Powell says is 100% gospel truth.
