I know alcholism and drug addiction are covered. I know hospitals that can't fire nurses or doctors who abused position for prescription pills and it's a 3 strike policy.

That's ridiculous, IMO. While alcoholism is a disease, it is self inflicted.

The problem was Haden and JK McKay wanted Sark from the get go. They did no background checks. The people in Washington said there were issues with his off field behavior. While I thought Sark would do a good job, he was not my first choice. Mine was Jack Del Rio, now the Head Coach of the Oakland Raiders. This was after Ed Orgeron resigned. I thought Ed deserved a shot after what he did as the interim.

So Chip Kelly is the obvious answer to the question of "who coaches the Trojans next season", right?

 

While I don't see it happening. I could see the Trojans playing in the college football final four within 3 years easily if Kelly took the job.

I think that is only if you come forward with the problem before there are issues.

You mean they can't get fired for failing a drug test? I don't think any law covers that, I may be wrong but I thought it only covered those came forward with their problem.

Not just failing a drug test but improperly accessing medication.

 

Most hospitals have a 3 strike policy if they are deemed to have a problem.

 

Plus didn't USC already know he had a problem ? They sent him to some sort of rehab earlier this year.
