Shelby did nothing but work on pass plays against Bullitt East. Looked good and bad while posting 35 points and having 3 TD'S called back. Don't load the box cause they will hit you quick on the corner and have great downfield blocking.

How good is the passing game, and what are the outside runs for Shelby? I hear they are an option team are these pitches on option, sweeps? I was hoping to see more by watching the JV last night but Shelby cancelled.

Shelby didn't cancel, screw up in scheduling. If you are the away team in the district game then you host the JV game, Franklin thought they were hosting.

Still work to do on passing game. They can bust one you when you don't expect it.

Get them in passing situation and you are playing pass D against then I like the D's odds. Yards after catch can be huge.

They will hit the corners in various ways.

:no:, site and date was confirmed. So while it may not be considered a cancellation, it was not a FC mistake that the game didn't happen. This is what the folks around here were told and I have no reason to not believe them. Coach normally takes accountability it he messes up. There was also a freshman game scheduled but looks like that was cancelled too. It was supposed to be at Shelby.

Shelby wins a close one, and I am gonna say the kicking game of Shelby gets it done, kid has an incredible leg, 21-20.

You're right, SC does have above avg. special team play across the board. FC will have 0 return yards on kickoff return.

All I hear is talk of speed from Shelby.. The Flyers have nothing but speed on the edges and in the skill positions.. as I said in my post before the Flyers are going to have their way with the Rockets.

There's just a difference and these teams are on two different levels of play with Shelby being on the lower echelon!

This is laughable. Shelby is a good team, and my guess Is that the above is an attempt at Locker Room material. No one around the program at FCHS thinks that is the kind of game this will be, all the boys I have seen are focused and very aware of the quality of the opponent, and the fact that they (Shelby) had this game circled for a month or two heck I have seen so much Twitter and instagram banter from SC to the FC kids clear back in July Til now. GO FLYERS!!!!

Considering I'm rooting for the Flyers as an Alum and fan I doubt that I will be posting this in the Rocket locker room. I've had this game penciled on my calendar since the 7 on 7 incident at hills!
