I wouldn't be so sure Paintsville might have to play Pike Central in the second round. As I recall the regional tournament is held at Pike Central.

You are correct, but Pike Central is still not very strong.....

The Pikeville-SC game should be a very good 1st round matchup. Paintsville did get a good draw it seems but hopefully Central can come out of that part of the bracket with the homefield advantage. I see another Pikeville-Paintsville region championship but the region is wide open.

Bracket looks very lopsided to me. Tough break for those in the top half. Painstville should waltz their way into finals while still saving their best arms. Pikeville, SC, and AC are the other legit top teams in the region and they end up in the same half. Not fair, but that's how the draw goes.

VERY VERY LUCKY!!!!! But the SC / Pikeville game hasn't been played yet IMO SC is the best overall team in the region at this time of year.

Someone was going to draw SC as a #2, so 3 of the favorites were going to end up in the same brackett regardless. Yeah Paintsville, skimmed by in the first one in extra innings. Not to take away from PC, because they may have done the same but Paintsville hardly played any varsity starters passed the 2nd inning in the second game. Pike Central with home field advantage may be a very tough second round contest for Paintsville or Prestonsburg. The Tigers must first get by P-burg before this game should be even mentioned and in the case GOOD LUCK TIGERS! :ylsuper:
