I heard this on KSR last week & thought it might make for an interesting discussion here.

 

How would you rate yourself in the following categories vs. the average American?

 

1 - Are you smarter than the average American?

2 - Are you funnier than the average American?

3 - Are you a better driver than the average American?

4 - Are you better looking than the average American?

 

Only "Yes" or "No" answers; no "Same" answers.

 

Be honest.

1. I believe 15-20% of Americans are illiterate. I have to say "yes" to #1 .

 

2. I have to say that I am funnier than the average American, too. Again, this is not giving much credit to my fellow countrymen. "Yes" to #2 .

 

3. Yes, I am a better driver than the average American. I tend to drive too fast, but I pay attention to the road, which is more than most Americans so I win by default on #3 .

 

4. At one point I would've said I was better looking than the average American. Now the only thing that I know for sure is that I'm bigger/fatter.

4. yes. this was a tough one. I find my self average but good looking for my age. Problem I have is Mrs. TAC is so hot, she looks like she under-married when we are out together.
