Johnson Central is number one, and hasn't played a game yet. Should South Warren move ahead of them this coming week after an impressive performance? John Hardin moves down, were people expecting too much from them? Collins won in a defensive battle, but did unimpressively, where do they belong? Who should move up? Who should move down? Who else deserves some discussion?

I think you have to move South #1 . They are an absolute load. Maybe after Friday's games, it won't be a tossup? JC takes on Lex Catholic who is always a tough team. I expect SW to handle Apollo fairly easily.

I expect Johnson Central to win big this week agains Fairland. I think we will find out a lot about Johnson Central next week against Lexington Catholic. Of course, it could be argued that we will find out a lot about Lexington Catholic as well. But, either way that should be a great game.

BBJack, Warren Central needs to show what they've got in these next 2 matches. They are catching McCracken at the perfect time IMO as if Central could get an early lead I think the Mustangs would implode at this point. Same for JH. Catching them at the right time of the season.

Warren Central displayed some great speed vs. OHS, as always. Athletic QB and athletic skill players. They seemed to struggle in their new offense somewhat. A good example of this was they seemed to have bad snaps on multiple occasions which cost them. Their line play fell as the game wore on and OHS was in their backfield in the 2nd half alot. But OHS was a very experienced and skilled defensive team.

 

On the good side, every play was a battle with the dragons D, they flew to the ball well. I really think their Defense can keep them in games. OHS was only leading 16-7 going into the 4th, and the Dragons seemed to wear out. I think they had a good return or 2 - so special teams will be a plus. If they cut out the mistakes, bad snaps and stupid penalties, they are going to be a solid team. Their numbers seemed to be down, but they have the talent to make some noise. I wouldn't sleep on WC.
