I think this game will be close for a half with this being Russell's first game and Greenup already having a game under their belt. But the Devils, behind a big night from Nick Conley, pull away in the second half.

Too early to tell....All that can be said this early in the season is that it will not be easy with #1 Belfry in the mix. One game at a time...focus is on Greenup this week...

3hrs away from kickoff. I'm sure Coach Maynard has Russell well prepared and ready to go. The players just need to play hard and execute.

 

Hoping to see more variety in the Red Devils offense tonight. They should still be run oriented, but should also be much more productive in the passing game.

 

The temperature outside doesn't feel too bad at all right now. I'm sure both teams are in good shape. Hopefully we get an injury and cramp free game tonight.

If they're confident and motivated this one could be great. Can Russell's D stop Greenup is a good question as well. Russell lost that LB so will someone step up for them on D?

It's not the best, but it's better than nothing.

 

LB is the biggest question mark Russell has going into tonight, IMO. We actually lost two great ones from last year. Korzep and Arnold both had well over 100 tackles and provided tremendous leadership. I like Russell's potential at the position, they're just young and inexperienced.
