August 14, 201511 yr I'd like to see the Generals stay together and enter "The Tournament" next year and go for the $1million prize. I've seen several times that they had to start throwing up bricks and turn the ball over to allow the Globetrotters to get the win. These guys did what they were paid to do, but they had a few pretty good players also.
August 14, 201511 yr I'll tell ya, back in the day I remember some guys playing at the courts along Philadelphia Street in Goebel Park early 70s that would clean the court with the Globetrotters. I would guess that they'll now play celebrity teams or something to that effect or they'll just suit up their own guys in different unis.
