Practice starts Monday should be a great year for South Kenton. The numbers are up this year.

I know my son is really excited about this year. Last year he played on the starter level. This year he will either play on the midget or midget youth level. He had a great offseason doing speed and agility and grew 4 inches and gained over 20 pounds since last year.

Is it me or does this seem earlier than past years?? Kids have only been in pads one week, with only two weeks of practice.

It is just scrimmages this weekend and scrimmages next weekend.

Pretty good for a first scrimmage every team is figuring things out.

Did I hear that the youth teams are running the wishbone? Not exactly the same offense as the HS team. As a matter of fact, couldn't be any more different. Shouldn't these youth teams be running similar sets as the HS?
