July 7, 201511 yr The Spurs are going to be fun to watch. Our boys basically traded Tiago Splitter for LaMarcus Aldridge and David West. I wish they could have found a way to bring back Gary Neal, then they would be set. Need another perimeter threat with the loss of Marco.

As I said in the Kobe thread, kudos to them for taking (substantially) less to just win. People always clamor for it as if it should be expected, when in reality it shouldn't. What just happened is unprecedented. I wonder what the Union brass thinks of these type deals?

July 7, 201511 yr Union probably doesn't like it. Heat got 3 stars together and made the finals 4 straight years. The Big 3 took less, but nowhere near to the degree of what these guys did. Bosh or LeBron didn't come play for the league minimum and Wade wasn't getting paid half of his worth. This will be a 1 year thing as I feel Duncan and Manu are gone after this year.
