He took less than he could so the team could spend the money elsewhere...they didn't. He should get his now. It is such a sad dynamic in salary cap sports that the best players are often faced with taking less than they should (or could) to help the team win...I don't ever fault a player either way...it is his decision and his situation...

I think there is a good chance now Dirk doesn't end his career a Mav. Seems crazy but his contract is very good for Teams and a contender may be willing to give up something real good for a couple years of Dirk .

So apparently Kyrie was giving an interview or something of that nature and he made the comment that if the Cavs had been healthy they would've won the title (very well may be true). Not sure it means much at this time, but still worth noting. He had a lot in that one game and if you watched some of it wasn't his fault. All things I would expect from a rookie so the turnovers don't worry me really.
July 15, 201511 yr I'm an NBA junkie. So I've probably watched 80% of the summer league . Russell looks fine. Turnovers don't bug me as he is feeling things out. Clarkson is the one for LA who looks ready to make a big jump.
