He will meet with the Lakers first when free agency begins at 12am EST-July 1. 9pm PST-June 30. FWIW, Aldridge has a home in Los Angeles. Deandre Jordan-Clippers, Lakers and Mavericks are all in play. Lakers are to meet with him on July 1 in Texas. Jimmy Butler was expected to leave the Bulls but they offered him a max deal. He is a restricted free agent and his ability to leave was just are harder. Dwyane Wade-is rumored to have asked the Heat for 16M a season to which they told him to test free agency. He is rumored to be joining the LA Lakers for much less money if he doesn't go back to the Heat. His wife his actress Gabrielle Union. A move to LA makes sense. Sadly. Greg Monroe is rumored to be heading to the Knicks. Not a lot of chatter on his possible destinations.
June 30, 201511 yr I heard someone saying yesterday that in two years when the salary cap increases significantly due to the new TV money that LeBron will be in the $35M per year area. He can get up to 35% of the team's salary cap which expected to be in the $100M area.

June 30, 201511 yr If I'm the Pelicans, I offer Butler a max deal and try to sell him on playing alongside Davis. I think he'd be a perfect fit there. Would do the same with Marc Gasol.
