October 22, 201510 yr I was just going to make a crack on how much money that would be per point Thompson actually scored in the Finals last year but I'm not going to bother because somehow I had let it slip just what a monumental effort LeBron made at trying to win those Finals last year. Top five scorers in the Finals for Cleveland: 5) Dellavadova: 45 pts 4) Thompson: 60 pts 3) Smith: 69 pts 2) Mozgov: 84 pts 1) LeBron James: 215 pts. Whew.
October 22, 201510 yr Absolutely. I'm not sold he is worth it. He is the 6th highest paid PF in the NBA now. While that will change with new tv contract and as guys go for new deals , it's just insane. I guess the lesson here is if you play with Lebron use his agent and they will force the team to over pay for you even if you come off the bench. It just doesn't make sense. Does anyone think another team would of paid him that ?
