It's funny how there have been remote controlled planes and helicopters for decades and no one ever said anything, even though some had cameras. I have always thought someone could make a fortunate developing anti-drone rockets. Think of a Patriot Missile system to take out drones. Once you know the air space the drone is violating you set the system up where it can intercept and destroy the drone without being identified and/or linked to the insurgent.
