Why do they need his phone? Have they not looked at the phones of the other parties involved? Would that not contain anything that would also be on his phone?:idunno:

No one of his stature in their right minds would even consider giving up their phone. That'd be such a stupid thing to do.

Its not stupid if you know you did nothing wrong. I mean there were text by the equipment manager people and stuff they found. So yes I agree it was smart of him not to give up his phone, however the fact that he won't shows that he probably did know exactly what was going on. However as you said and I agree it would have made no sense to give up his phone. Giving them his phone was going to be the only way that they could 100% prove him guilty.

So yes I do truly believe he is very guilty in this. However I give him credit because how he has handled this has been perfect, because they will never be able to truly prove anything and so if they don't get rid of his suspension he probably will win in court.

Only way it doesn't go to court is if Goodell really caves IMO...

Even the texts between the ball boys don't say that they were purposely deflating the balls below the NFL limit. People keep forgetting that.

The fact that Brady refused to give up his phone makes me believe he knows he did something wrong. However he also knows that they can't really prove anything for sure now, so going to court helps him since there won't be much proof to show that he definitely did. It's just smart on his part. If they can't completley prove it, then he is smart enough to fight everything.

I believe there is likely something else there that he does not want to be made public. Perhaps something like evidence he is getting a piece on the side!
