Really poor way for Conner to go out after a fine season.

 

I was terribly disappointed in some of the actions I saw from a player or two for Conner. Disappointing all around for Conner.

The one that got me was the player throwing her glove a good 10 feet after the Graybill homerun, if I'm the coach she's joining me on the bench for the rest of the game.

I couldn't make this one. Got updates from LB13.

You have to beat Highlands. They will not beat themselves-period. Well coached.

I should know this but what year is the Graybill girl and has she committed to a college yet?For some reason I associate her name with Ball State.

Thought the batter that hit to the pitcher and ran, what 10 ft towards 1st and stopped was the sign the game was over.

I turned to my daughter when that happened and said....Conner just quit! That was the Ballgame!

I said something like "this game is over"

If I'm the coach and a player on my team doesn't bother to run to first, stomps around and behaves that way. she'd be riding the pine as a permanent position.

Really felt bad for "Biz", 6 Regional Title games and no State appearance. Great player, and even better young lady........she was a pleasure to watch play the game.
