Yes they were. Fortunately I was only 19 and played with a bunch of older seasoned players that blessed me with the opportunity. Miss those days for sure!

I seem to remember going from the pinstripes to the fluorescent pink and neon green for tourney in Muncie. Also remember the incident in the bar where NKY took over and still not sure what that was on the hood of that yellow Honda civic.
