May 26, 201511 yr I've met several people on here who are also musicians and I thought why not have a thread so they can post their music for others to listen to and hopefully enjoy. I know I've heard some of Deuce's music and really have become a big fan. We also can't forget former member who hit it big time with the band Sundy Best. So why not ask the musicians among the BGP family to post some of their music whether it be original or cover songs. I'm sure there is a vast range of styles and tastes among us all.
May 26, 201511 yr Author I've been in several bands in the past ranging from Classic Rock to Alternative to Country. My favorite bands have always been those that write original songs but we also did a lot of cover songs and here is one of the covers we did in a band I was in back in the early 90's, I played drums and backup vocals. Excuse the lame picture...
May 26, 201511 yr Author 2 Originals and again excuse the picture This song I wrote about a liquor store in Ft. Mitchell that used to be located at the end of the trolley line back when the trolley would run. The store has now moved to Ft. Wright but when I was growing up it was located near Buttermilk Pike on Dixie Hwy. The song is named "End of the Line" Edited May 26, 201511 yr by Hellbird

The store has now moved to Ft. Wright but when I was growing up it was located near Buttermilk Pike on Dixie Hwy. The song is named "End of the Line" Pretty groovy....sounds to have the stylings of a tune that could've been a hit perhaps somewhere around 1966 or 1967. I'm trying to think of what band specifically it reminds me of, but I can't quite place my finger on it.

My cousin and I wrote all the originals we recorded and biggest influence was from The Beatles, our favorite band.

And that's EXACTLY who I was going to say, the beat and the general sound production sounds something like an earlier Beetles influence, especially in the "end of the line" song.
