Featured Replies

Yeah Im about positive they did this so it would make the protesters happy.

Maybe they can go out and loot some more to celebrate.

So how do you think he died?

They did it because a dude went into a police transport van alive and came out dead.

You're right. It shouldn't take protests to convince a prosecutor/judge that police officers who break the law should be held accountable.

If they broke the law.

They did it because a dude went into a police transport van alive and came out dead.

And that's a reason to go do what they did. I don't think so. Whats wrong with waiting for justice. Just like the liar who told the media that Brown was on his knees begging. Lets all just jump to conclusions so we can have an excuse to riot.

Gosh I actually have no clue. I would like to think that 6 cops didnt break the guys neck or spine. I would like to think that it happened when he was tackled when he ran from the cops. I would hope and like to think it was a freak thing and that the cops didnt do it intentionally.

If they broke the law.

They clearly disregarded departmental policy by placing him in the van without belting him in--that's at a minimum. Now he's dead. Seems pretty clear they were at best negligent.

But the cops said in their report that he gave up. He wasn't tackled, taser ed or anything. Yet he's still dead and he was in their care....

It was clearly his own fault, duh.

The bolt in the van they said caused his broke neck. Does anyone have a pict of what that may look like. It must be some bolt.

So even though everything that's come out so far points to at a minimum negligent behavior on the cops part leading to his death, you don't want to believe they contributed to his death?

Don't you just want justice? Isn't that what any reasonable, rationale person would want?

And before you go there, no, I was not and am still not talking about the rioters and looters. What they're doing is inexcusable.

Yeah I want justice

I would like to think that what happened was a freak accident or at worse he did it to himself. I dont want to think that the cops intentionally did it. But its possible they did. I just dont want to think that a cop or in this case cops would intentionally do this to a guy who was obviously not a threat to anyone.

And I agree with you on the thugs that are looting and vandalizing.

Apparently these cops in Baltimore have a history of doing things like this. That's what the protests and in some cases the lootings are about.

Protest all day and night long if you want.

Looting, no excuse for doing that. Just a bunch of thieves and most didnt even know why this stuff was happening.

Funny how Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are praising the prosecutor in Baltimore. I can only wonder why they didnt do the same for the prosecutor in Ferguson who got to the truth?

No excuse for looting or rioting at all and I don't condone those activities. At the same time I am not going to ignore why they chose that route.

And thank goodness the great hater Elijah Cummins can see stuff get done.
