I would like to think that it happened when he was tackled when he ran from the cops. I would hope and like to think it was a freak thing and that the cops didnt do it intentionally.
May 1, 201511 yr If they broke the law. They clearly disregarded departmental policy by placing him in the van without belting him in--that's at a minimum. Now he's dead. Seems pretty clear they were at best negligent.

May 1, 201511 yr Funny how Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are praising the prosecutor in Baltimore. I can only wonder why they didnt do the same for the prosecutor in Ferguson who got to the truth?

No excuse for looting or rioting at all and I don't condone those activities. At the same time I am not going to ignore why they chose that route.
