Big game at SK today. Who do you think wins?

Although Moeller will likely not throw one of their aces (because they usually save them for the Ohio schools), their 6th or 7th starters are excellent.

Unless Lawrence pitches for the Neers I would expect a big win for Moe.

Hoping that the Neers show well but Moe is top ranked in Ohio D 1 for a reason. Nice to see SK stepping up and playing the big boys.

Is this a serious question? As expected, this one was over early. Bault threw for Moe, he's probably 4 or 5 in their rotation. SK threw off, no idea who kid was but there was no effort to put someone on the hill that could compete with the quality hitters Moe throws out there. It was 12-1 when I left, not sure where it ended. Wish they had thrown Lawrence, would have at least given then a punchers chance.

Dont give them too much credit. Applaud whoever schedules the Doc Morris calendar, not SK. BW gets their turn at Moe tomorrow, there will be no difference in final result.

Is this still a wooden bat tournament?

No. They did away with that two years ago or so.

Once the BBCOR bats were used they stopped using wooden bats.

BBCOR is not why they did away with the woods bats. It was a cost decision.

I am pretty sure Troy Roberts is heavily involved with the scheduling of this tournament so you can give him the credit.

Uhhhh no. John Finn runs the Doc still.

BW will face a kid named Stock from Moeller.

Lawrence threw the day before in a district seed game but I'm sure he would have got the ball otherwise.

Yep, a couple of years ago Scott played Cov Cath in this tourney, and there were 4 or 5 bats broken in that game alone. Quality wooden bats still cost around $100 or more.
