GreatLakes
Poynter seems to excel at Jobs like these, has a favorable district, but opposing playoff district is tough(well mainly Belfry)

All the Right Moves
Poynter has been successful everywhere he has been. With the returning players he is getting and the much more favorable schedule and district alignment this team could be dangerous with his defense. Johnny_Utah
I've always known him as a "fixer" that doesn't stay in a place too long, but he doesn't leave places for the wrong reasons, just seems like he enjoys the challenge. Takes on challenges that most people have written off as impossible.
All State Baseball
Should be official today. Bath County has scheduled a meet and greet for next week.

Takes on challenges that most people have written off as impossible. He would still be at Bourbon Co and have enjoyed some great runs over the past 3 years. As reward for going 8-4 there in 2011 the boosters went and acquired Hodge for their "return to glory" and moved him out. He went to Bellevue and was successful but they cut his job. He wants somewhere he can stay and have long term success. I hope it is at Bath County.
TexasRanger
He started the build at bourbon and should have been left alone to finish it. BoCo was very down before he showed up. Bath landed a very solid coach. Some nice talent in the younger grades. I to look for them to get back in contention for district titles very soon. All the Right Moves
Coach Poynter has now added former Fleming Co and KCU head coach Gene Petersen to his staff as head assistant. Both were assistants under Dudley Hilton at one time.
