@ADopted ADmiral that means Dunn would have been left out because EKU isn't a D1/FBS program. Good catch, though...there are bound to be a couple-few Kentucky boys who made it into the NFL out of non-D1 programs.

@barrel I'm guessing the confusion about Couch may have been because to the year of his senior football season versus the year of his senior graduating year...or something like that.

Clearly you didn't read the list in which he is on there. It says he played from 1941-2010. Guess I found that a little funny and thought it could get some laughter but apparently I'm the only one with a sense of humor.

Sorry...I misunderstood. I thought you were talking about Fred Davis - USC alum who played for the Redskins up until the last season or so. I knew he wasn't a Kentucky guy.

 

Didn't realize there was a link posted with a different Fred Davis who played NFL in the 40s.

Add Rick Kestner and James Ramey from Belfry

 

Kestner- Drafted by the Colts in 1966 w/ the #47 Pick, played at UK

Ramey- Drafted by the Browns in 1979 w/ the #70 Pick, played at UK

Add Corey Peters from Louisville Central, played at UK..been with the Falcons for several years

 

Add Brandon Deaderick and Zipp Duncan from Elizabethtown. Deaderick has had a lengthy NFL career after playing at Alabama. Duncan signed a Free Agent deal with the Eagles after his career at UK.

Corbin: Steve Bird. 5th round. 1983.

Marc Collins kicker for the Bills I think mid 90s. Billy Lyons DL for the Packers and Vickings late 90s and actually played about 10 years. Greg Kunkel mid 80s drafted by the Raiders. Charles Johnson recently drafted by the Browns. All from Lloyd

If I'm not mistaken, Rick Norton, a QB from old

Flaget High in Louisville, threw to Kestner and also played some with the Dolphins.
