January 18, 201610 yr Meyer, Schiano and Johnson will fly to Louisiana tomorrow to visit Rashad Lawrence. I don't think they have much of a chance to get him from LSU, maybe 25% but if they do, forget about it. Just give me Jordan Fuller or Damar Hamlin and I'm more than thrilled with this class. I also think they will take a juco DT if Lawrence doesn't come .
January 19, 201610 yr With all the "Nick Saban" is the greatest coach ever (and he is great) talk the last couple of days, I think people are forgetting just how great a coach Urban is. As long as he is there IMO, OSU will be a top 5 program just about every year. 50-4 at OSU in his four years...crazy! 154-27 career record is crazy as well. The guy just wins. In Urban I trust... OH! OSU now has 2 of the top 5 players in Florida, 3 out of top 14. I-O Man this is interesting hearing how pumped OSU fans are and talking about how great Urban Meyer is. You would have thought that Meyer wasn't that good with all the OSU people supporting a player calling out a 3 time National Championship coach, who all he does is win at OSU. With all this talk about how great he is, you would have thought you all wouldn't have been happy with a player openly calling him out. As great as he is, its not like he would have needed a player calling him out for him to figure it out that they didn't run the ball enough that one game. You all didn't trust him to figure it out on his own, and supported a player calling him out but now you all love him again. Gotta love you OSU fans. By the way Urban Meyer is amazing! January 19, 201610 yr I had the opportunity to coach Dwayne Haskins in Canton for the USA All American team back in 2011. Great kid! I was blessed enough to have Merril Hoge who was the Head Coach take me along for the Coaching experience. Loved every moment of it!

I did say I was shocked at how bad the play calling was in the MSU game and still am. I did not like Zeke calling the coaching staff out (that stuff should stay behind closed doors IMO) but in all honesty, he was correct in that the play calling in that game was atrocious. Even Urban basically admitted as much. I think Urban is as good as any coach in the country, including Saban.
January 19, 201610 yr Author Meyer is a great enough coach to admit the player was correct. 99.9% of the schools out there would love to have him.
