Ohio State 2016 class (Shaping up to be a good one)

Urban must be pretty confident in 3 guys besides Bruce and doesn't want to pull a Harbaugh and pull an offer from someone at the last minute. I really want Bruce, but then again we have tons of weapons on offense with these last 2 classes, so if he can use these last 3 on defense it might be a smarter decision in the long run. Who knows though? I think Urban would be taking a huge gamble if he doesn't sign Bruce, but at least he would be going to Miami and not Michigan or some other Big Ten school.

Bruce is staying with his commitment to the Canes. My best guess is there was never a firm commitment from the Buckeyes.

He was going to commit to Miami last night, Urban asked for 24 hours to see if he could squeeze him in but ultimately couldn't. Good luck Sam.

I have a strange inclination as to why Urban wasn't able to fit Sam Bruce into this class. I have a feeling that a certain 5 star athlete out of Georgia is strongly considering Ohio State. Georgia obviously has the home field advantage, but he has a very, very good relationship with Haskins. They are going to be in Dallas together this weekend, which just so happens to be the last weekend before signing day. You would have to think that he would prefer to be catching passes from Haskins over Jacob Eason, simply because they are such good friends. He may still wind up not going to Ohio State, who knows, but his relationship with Haskins has to make Urban feel pretty good about his chances.

His twitter background picture is also Haskins throwing the ball to him while both wearing Ohio State uniforms. It's twitter, I know, but it's certainly a plus for Ohio State.

He (Bruce) was undersized and more of a scat back, so he would have been competing with McCall. Word is they are gonna let Malik Harrison try WR. Meyer wants tall big play receivers, that's been the focal point in this class on O.

I'll certainly take Hardman though, I think right now another DB is the main priority then DT, then best guy left.

From everything I've heard, their odds of getting Fuller are pretty good. So there is your other CB. Then for DT, King is still first priority, but there Camp kid that just de-committed from USC is deciding whether he wants to use his last visit on Missouri or Ohio State this weekend. Who knows. I think trying Harrison at WR will be the best option as long as they for sure get Fuller.

The Hardman rumors are still flying... I'll take it all day!

Jordan Fuller is a Buckeye! High 4 star DB.

New Jersey Gatorade player of the year.

New Jersey HS player of the year.

Keep in mind the #1 recruit in the country Rashaun Gary is from Jersey. Fuller must be pretty good.

Rodjay Burns might flip back to UL. I think the OSU roster and Lousivlle pressure is getting to him. Hope he makes the best decision from him.

He says he is a Buckeye.

Wouldn't be surprised to see this kid end up transferring back to the Ville after a year if he ends up in C'bus.

He also said the decision has been weighing heavily on him. In recent quotes to the newspaper (I believe), he did not sound at all confident with his decision to switch to OSU.

Wouldn't be at all surprised if he ends up switching back to Louisville.

Nobody knows where this kid is going until he signs the papers.

Not flipping

Not sure if he has contacts on here or not but Urban will make him earn PT through special teams. If he's good with that and feels comfortable with the campus, come on up, would love to have him.
