March 27, 201511 yr (Division II Semifinal) Final lost on a 3 at the end. Didn't see it just caught the announcer as the game was going off.
March 27, 201511 yr This one was on CBS Sports Network (221 on DirecTV). Southern hits a 3 with seconds remaining to end the Knights' season in the Final 4. Thelen finishes with 16 points and 19 rebounds in the loss.
March 27, 201511 yr Just brutal. Went down as much as 17 in the first half and battled back. Had the chances and couldn't get enough of them. Another great season from Davenport and the Knights.
March 27, 201511 yr That 5 point play towards the end of the game was huge. Turned the game around. They get fouled on a 4-pointer or what?
March 27, 201511 yr They get fouled on a 4-pointer or what? It was a weird situation. An off the ball fouled as a three pt basket was made. FS was already in the bonus i believe. I figured they would wave off the shot but i guess the shot was already in the air and going through the hoop as whistle was blown. :idunno:

March 29, 201511 yr The game changer was when FS contested the 5th foul call on Bubby Johnson and the game stopped for 9 minutes while the officials sorted it out. At the time, we Bellarmine was up 5 and FS was out of gas. IMO that 9 minutes of rest cost us a National Championship. We beat teams all year in the last 5 minutes of games because of our conditioning and the officials negated that here. It's the final 4 and the NCAA can't keep the book? This was terrible!
March 29, 201511 yr Florida Southern is the dirtiest team in college basketball. Lost the regional final to them on their court two years ago with mysterious fouls inbounding the ball at mid court.
