Won't be a hate crime here, if anything the newspaper report will be sued for profiling by saying they wore hoodies.

 

What really should happen is on their 18th birthday they should be put to death.

Reading this makes me sick. How can two kids that young be that cold and calculating. I don't care if they can be rehabilitated or not - they should never be let out of prison - ever. It is obviously a hate crime but probably won't be tried as such.

Calling this or any murder a hate crime is ridiculous IMO...the victim is no more or less dead because of what the killer was thinking or what their motives were.

 

The fact that "Someone" may have been a target for crime due to their race is bad but to me the actual crime is enough and they should be fully prosecuted for that, without worrying about the "Hate" aspect of it.

I agree but I get so tired of race being put into everything. Sharpton won't ever say anything, if he did he would only say it's just a random act and they would have killed a black guy if they had the opportunity.

 

The fact he begged and now his daughter and wife have no father or husband makes this so terrible. Race has become so bad due to the media and our President. Sharpton will find a way to victimize these kids.
