I'd love to here the reasoning behind this. If you're trying to lose weight, probably not the best, but it's benefits seemingly far outweigh any negatives.

The amount of acid alone makes it bad for you.

Unless it's during the summer, at the lake.....then.... :lol2:

If we are talking 100% freshly squeezed orange juice, then sure, there are some benefits. Most people drink processed or what they believe to be 100% pure orange juice. In which case no, the positives do not outweigh the negatives. It has become a fruit drink people believe is healthy. Still the best rule is to stay in moderation. Keep it to a cup at a setting and you are good. You can get just as much or more vitamin C from other natural sources.

So what you're saying is, as with pretty much anything, it's all about moderation? I agree.

A cup a day is not bad for you though.

This morning it was Kentucky Gentleman on the rocks.

I mean water. It's water. Always water. Yeah. Water.

I can't directly answer the question.

Every day, I make and drink a cup of coffee, then work out. I eat breakfast afterwards... during the week it is cereal with milk/protein powder mix, and on weekends it may be eggs/bacon/etc. then maybe with a very occasional OJ or water. Coffee is a between-meal beverage for me.

You make it at home or buy it somewhere?

He buys it with the lose change that he evidently finds in his purse.

I have a Kuerig. Fill the cup with Ice, use a Sumantra blend coffee and add a little french vanilla creamer, top with whipped cream.

Good lord! Are you wearing your Jimmy Chu pumps and carrying your Gucci bag when you make this concoction?

I still have my man card!

I have it down to a science at this point. My biggest problem with coffee was always consistency. I found the right combination so I stick to it and it is easy to slap together. The Kuerig is golden!! The stock has been kind to me as well.

For the record, your man card has been suspended for knowing the brands Jimmy Chu and Gucci. Pumps??? Really??? That is not in any real mans vocabulary!

Sometimes yes to all the above too though.
