Another thread in this forum got me to thinking about what cities outside of the US I would like to visit. My list was very short.

 

I've been to Toronto, I'd like to see Vancouver. Maybe Paris, maybe London. After that, it gets dicey for me. Australia has a couple cities that look very nice and clean, but no way I'm flying that long. After that, most cities around the world do nothing for me but look overcrowded, dirty, and unsafe. Did I mention dirty?

 

So where have you been, or where would you like to go? Am I wrong in my assumption? Share your stories or thoughts.

Great topic, but too many places to name (at least right now) on where I would like to visit. As far as unsafe, many people from other countries think that the U.S. isn't safe, and what do the stats show? Bit no matter of you go to your local store, Cincy, or another country, you just have to be smart.

Been to: Paris, London, Moscow, Edinburgh Scotland, Bath England, Tulum and Cozumel...

 

Would like to go to: British Columbia, Toronto, Quebec, Madrid, Rome, Jerusalem, Athens, Sydney, Amsterdam

 

I'd like even more so to get out away from the cities and into the country in France, Greek Isles, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, South Pacific preferably with good surf...

I now live very close to Winnipeg but have not yet renewed my passport to go and visit. From what I understand it is a dangerous city.

I've been to London, Paris, Madrid, Toledo, Heidelburg, and Frankfort. This was done on two trips in back-to-back summers. BGP doesn't have enough server space for me to name the places I want to go. In short, I'd travel to virtually anywhere but right now Rio Olympics in 2016 is #1 on my list.

Ive been to Negril, Montego Bay, Paris, Nice, Windsor, Monte Carlo, Tuscany.

Sydney, Australia is the coolest city outside the US I have been too. Cairns, Australia was really cool too (Great Barrier Reef). Went to Melbourne, Australia as well but I like Sydney much more. The island of Tasmania (off coast of Australia) had some of the prettiest beaches in the world. Google Wineglass Bay (in Tasmania). That place is the most scenic thing I have ever seen and I have been to Alaska, Hawaii and Pebble Beach.
