Pearl Jam was formed in 1990, but "Ten" didn't come out until '91, so it may be a couple years for them. The Killers will never get in. Foo Fighters came together in '94. The eligibility starts at 25 years.

For the sake of not repeating, my list didn't include already named bands such as Cheap Trick or the Cars, but they definitely belong as well.
