I guess I should include that I will eat certain crusts occasionally. I like Impelizzeris crust, but don't eat all of it. Same for Evaroni's in Ceredo, WV. Best I've had, but like rockmom said, it's the sauce for me. That's why I'd rather have anything than Pizza Hut. Just awful.

To be clear, I'm a thin crust guy. The sauce is the ticket.

 

But I eat all that thin crust.

Any pizza worth it's salt has edible crust. The rest are just pretenders.

Worst pizza experience I ever had was at a chain many yeas ago that debuted a stuffed crust pizza.

 

Problem was, it was stuffed with tomatoes. Hot, steaming tomatoes.

I'll eat the crust most of the time. But what I hate is the big roll of crust that kind of looks like your steering wheel. I think there's a reason some places leave that huge roll around the pie (less sauce, cheese and toppings used). You actually get a medium pizza at a large pizza price because of that steering wheel of crust. I like my sauce and toppings pretty much to the edge.

I like good crust on pizza. I'm not a fan of thick crust though, much prefer traditional or thin.

I like thin crust usually, but an occasional pan pizza is good as well. I like a little bit of crust but generally don't eat all of it.

There used to be a pretty good Italian restaurant in Mt. Adams, Mama Pia's. Had great pizza there.
