Today, the innovative budget pizza chain will unveil plans to nationally roll out on Feb. 23 the Bacon Wrapped Crust Deep! Deep! Dish Pizza. At $12, the limited-time offer will be one of Little Caesars' priciest pizzas.

 

"Every time you take a bite out of the crust, you'll get bacon," says David Scrivano, CEO at Little Caesars. The pizza also comes with pepperoni and has bacon sprinkled on top. The promotion replaces the chain's Soft Pretzel Crust Pizza.

To be fair, I've shifted my diet over to pork more instead of beef because pork is not as hard on my gout. So go fry up a pound!

Had pizza last night, just not this one! We ate a Marco's X-Large pizza with extra cheese and a side of cheesy bread. I need a serious workout today to get rid of those carbs!

They just tried to get on the bandwagon with everybody else. Interesting how the pretzel-crust fad has all but vanished from ad campaigns the past month or so.
